What this notice covers

This notice applies to cookies set by the Structivate website. It does not cover cookies or similar technologies used during active SM:ART Trials, those are governed by separate Evaluation Agreements between Structivate, asset owners, and engineering consultants.

Categories of cookies

Essential / Strictly Necessary

These cookies enable the website to function. They are always set and do not require consent.

  • structivate_consent_v1 , stores your cookie-consent decision so the banner does not reappear on subsequent visits. Retention: 12 months. First-party (Structivate).

Analytics

These cookies are set only when you click Accept analyticsin the consent banner. They support Structivate’s use of Google Analytics (GA4) to measure website usage in aggregate.

  • _ga, distinguishes individual website visitors for Google Analytics. Retention: 2 years. Third-party (Google).
  • _ga_<containerId> , stores Google Analytics 4 session state. Retention: 2 years. Third-party (Google).

Data collected via these cookies is sent to Google Analytics. Google operates US-based infrastructure; data may be transferred outside the EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms. See the Privacy Notice for the full processor list and cross-border arrangements.

Tracked events include page views and clicks on UI elements that carry a data-track attribute (CTAs, form submissions, navigation links, error-page recovery actions).

Your consent and how to change it

On your first visit, the consent banner asks whether you want analytics cookies set. The default is opt-out, analytics cookies are not set unless you explicitly click Accept analytics.

You can change your decision at any time by clicking the button below. This removes the consent cookie and reloads the page so the banner reappears for a fresh decision.

Your consent decision is stored locally in your browser; it does not transfer to other websites. You can also clear consent by deleting cookies for structivate.ai through your browser settings.
